Graduating with a BSc Hons in Microbiology, Belinda joined Glaxo Pharmaceuticals becoming UK Marketing Manager. While completing an MBA at Ashridge Management College, Belinda joined the poorly performing Blood Transfusion Service as CEO to lead a merger.
Alison’s current research is a collaboration with employers to examine how gender pay disparities are sustained by occupational segregation, and supporting their work to make long lasting change to organisational practice and employment structures.
Laura Davies, 26 years old, lives in Bournemouth. Laura is a Young Women’s Trust Advisory Panel member and mother of one. She currently works as a freelance social media manager and retail worker whilst campaigning online about women’s issues.
Sophie Kathir, 28 years old, lives in Harrow. Sophie is a past Young Women’s Trust Advisory Panel member and mummy of two. She works full-time and study’s part-time. She is a proud campaigning and volunteer for women’s issues.
Jemima leads the Policy and Insight team’s work to understand the causes of gender inequality and generate policy solutions. Her work focuses on money, power and gender norms and stereotypes.
Gillian Joseph presents Sky News Sunrise Friday – Sunday. Prior to joining Sky News, Gillian presented the news on BBC Breakfast and on BBC London. She has also worked as a presenter for BBC News 24 and Radio 5 Live.
