Hannah Bradshaw is an associate in the international employment group. Ms. Bradshaw advises clients on the domestic and cross-border employment aspects of large-scale corporate transactions and reorganisations, drafting and implementing domestic and cross-border employment documentation, managing multi-country reviews and advising clients on international HR-legal compliance issues.
Ms. Bradshaw’s domestic practice covers both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including disciplinary and grievance matters, dismissals and negotiating settlement agreements, the protection of intellectual property and confidential information and litigating in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court on behalf of employers.
