Diane Thornhill is the HR Director for UKMEA in Arup. With over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field, she has worked in a number of challenging roles across four different sectors during the course of her career, including financial services, retail, manufacturing and professional services. She has worked at Arup for the past 15 years. During that time, she has made the journey from Senior Business Partner, to HR Sector Leader and Region Director with a firm belief that partnering with the business can deliver real organisation value.
