Fiona is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with almost 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working in a variety of business roles before moving into HR to focus on human capital performance and, for the past 8 years, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). Based in the UK, Fiona has also worked in Hong Kong, America and Switzerland. Currently responsible for D&I in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region, Fiona is also global advisor on several topics including unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and D&I metrics. With regards to women returners, Fiona leads UBS’ Career Comeback program in the UK.
