After a decade with communications agency, Golin, I have recently taken over as managing director of our 130-strong, award-winning London office. My focus is on our ambition to create brave work that delivers real change and I’m incredibly proud that we won the PR Week Large Agency and overall Consultancy of the Year awards in 2015.

I have spent most of my career leading consumer communications programmes for some of the world’s most famous brands, including Unilever, Cadbury, Smirnoff and Dove. I currently lead our Unilever global relationship, under which we support over 30 brands in London.

I am passionate about making Golin the most flexible and diverse employer in our industry. Last year, we launched our first “Returnship” to support parents returning after a family career break and I was invited onto the BBC Radio 4 Today programme to discuss our family friendly approach. I have established a Golin mentoring programme with the Taylor Bennett Foundation, a charity committed to improving ethnic diversity in PR, and I mentor one of their students.

In my spare time, I love going to the theatre, cooking and spending time with my husband and my little girl, Lottie, walking in the woods near our house.
