Performance and Reward Centre (PARC) is a membership organisation which enables HR and Reward Directors to engage with leading thinkers, expert practitioners and each other on key issues affecting today’s performance, reward and governance agendas. Membership of PARC enables an organisation to improve their HR and reward strategy with a view to driving organisational performance. It is delivered by:
- facilitated networking with other members and the wider PARC network
- PARC’s advisory service enabling member queries, introductions, short surveys etc.
- access to the PARC website containing event summaries, archived research and third party content.
